Seeking Affordable PC Recommendations for Work and Music Creation

I find myself in need of some guidance as I prepare to invest in a new PC. After relying on the same used HP model from Amazon since I was 13, I’ve finally run into some issues, and at 18, it’s time for an upgrade!
My primary uses for the PC involve work and music production, specifically running Software like Ableton, as well as enjoying some mid-tier gaming. Unfortunately, my budget is a bit limited, ranging from $400 to $650.
If any of you could suggest a reliable computer that falls within this price range and can effectively handle both my professional and recreational needs, I would greatly appreciate it!
