I’m reaching out to share a frustrating issue I’ve been experiencing with my internet connection. For the past few months, my service has become unreliable, cutting out for about two minutes on the hour, every hour, like clockwork. The timing is almost consistent, with minor variations day by day—just yesterday it happened at the ten-minute mark.

I’ve already contacted my Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance. A technician visited, identified a “voltage issue,” and assured me that it was resolved. However, despite their efforts, the problem persists, leaving me puzzled and in need of some additional help.
