Today, I found myself in an exhilarating yet nerve-wracking situation—an interview with the cybersecurity company I have always aspired to join was just around the corner. Just thirty minutes to go, and I was a whirlwind of excitement and anxiety.

For the past two weeks, I dedicated countless hours to studying and preparing. Balancing my current job while immersing myself in the intricacies of cybersecurity took every ounce of determination I could muster. Now, with the interview looming, I couldn’t shake my nerves. Excitement coursed through me, but I also felt the weight of fear pressing down—would I meet their expectations?

In an effort to keep my anxiety at bay, I chose not to share my news on my usual social media platforms. My current employer follows me there, and the last thing I wanted was to draw attention to my job search. It felt a bit isolating to hold such profound excitement within, but I knew I needed an outlet.

So here I am, pouring out my feelings to you. Thank you for allowing me this moment to express my thoughts, even if it veers away from typical posts.
