However, I was pleasantly surprised by the simulations; they turned out to be much more manageable than I initially thought.

I found my hesitation regarding the simulations led me to postpone scheduling the exam, convinced that I needed more practice. In truth, I had adequately prepared and had merely allowed my anxiety to influence my decision-making.
