Mysterious Black Window Encounter: A Tech Dilemma Unraveled

To my surprise, I traced that bizarre, black cmd-like window to the voice recognition feature within One Dragon Center, a program I normally only use to customize RGB lighting for my social media content. The origin of the issue remains a mystery, but I successfully uninstalled it after a system restart.
