Recently, a concerning incident occurred involving a father who unknowingly granted access to his laptop to a stranger claiming to be from his internet service provider (ISP). The father received a phone call from an individual purporting to be from his ISP. Out of an abundance of trust, he allowed this person remote access to his laptop using TeamViewer. Alarmingly, during the session, his screen went black for several minutes, causing significant concern. Upon realizing the severity of the situation, he promptly terminated the connection.
