Urgent Help Needed: My Phone Number is Being Misused for Scams
Recently, I’ve encountered a frustrating and concerning situation involving my phone number. It appears that someone is improperly using my number to contact others, resulting in a flood of callbacks from individuals who received calls purportedly from me. I suspect this might be the work of a scammer or hacker taking advantage of my information.
In an effort to resolve this issue, I reached out to my phone carrier for assistance. They suggested using a caller ID application as a potential solution, but that doesn’t seem to tackle the root of the problem.
