Unusual Firewall Exception Labeled “No Connection Allowed”

Unraveling an Unusual Firewall Exception: “No Connection”

Recently, while troubleshooting my downloader for GOG Galaxy, I stumbled upon a perplexing firewall exception labeled “No Fucking Connection.” This catchily named exception piqued my curiosity, especially as I was in the midst of trying to enhance my download speeds, which were frustratingly stuck at 1 Mbps.

To my surprise, adding the necessary exception for GOG Galaxy did indeed improve my download performance, but it left me with lingering questions regarding the ambiguous exception I had encountered. Upon further investigation, I found that clicking on the ‘details’ tab yielded no specific information or description about it. This lack of clarity made me wonder: where did this strange exception originate, and what application or game could it possibly be associated with?

Has anyone else come across a similar anomaly in their firewall settings? If so, I would greatly appreciate any insights or guidance on tracking down the source of this unexpected entry. Here’s a link to the screenshot of the peculiar firewall exception for reference: View Screenshot.
