However, when I called today to inquire about my PC’s status, I received disappointing news: the repair technicians were unable to fix the issue. When I requested the return of my computer, I was astounded to be told that I could not have it back because it was deemed “non-working.” I understood their perspective to some extent, but my frustration mounted.
Attempting to salvage something from the situation, I inquired whether I could at least retrieve the memory components. Regrettably, I was informed that this would incur a fee of $90 for shipping.
