Brand new motherboard and this happens day 5:(

Troubleshooting a New Motherboard: Seeking Solutions After Unforeseen Issues

It’s always a frustrating experience when a brand-new piece of hardware doesn’t perform as expected. I recently encountered this dilemma with my newly installed motherboard, which has left me feeling concerned and in search of answers.

After my previous motherboard failed, I decided to invest in a new one, hoping for a smooth experience. Unfortunately, just five days into its operation, I began to face significant issues. On the third day, I noticed that the power button on my case became unresponsive. My temporary fix involved flipping the switch at the back of the case to restore functionality, but it only worked for a short time.

Feeling uncertain about the state of my new hardware, I took the motherboard to a local repair shop. Unfortunately, the technician was unable to identify any clear problems, reassuring me that it wasn’t harmful. However, I’ve since encountered a more serious issue; my motherboard has completely stopped working and will not turn on at all. It’s clear that something is amiss.

As I await the arrival of another new motherboard, I am eager to prevent a recurrence of these troubles. If anyone in the tech community has insights or advice on what could be causing these issues or how to safeguard the next motherboard, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you for taking the time to read my experience!
