Is it really the case that new batteries can genuinely only last a couple of years? This feels suspiciously like a ploy to encourage repeat visits for repairs every year and a half.

Naturally, I began to contemplate my options. Are there high-quality batteries available that could offer better longevity? And should I consider finding a different repair shop altogether, one that might provide a more reliable service and possibly better components?
