Seeking Assistance with Decrypted Files: A Tech Dilemma

Today, I find myself in need of your expertise regarding a pressing issue with encrypted files that have been a source of frustration for me. A few years ago, my previous laptop unexpectedly failed, but prior to its demise, I managed to salvage the hard drive. Unfortunately, this drive contains a folder filled with important encrypted files that I have been unable to access since.
