Navigating the Complexities of Selling a Delidded CPU: Lessons Learned

Selling computer hardware always comes with its own set of challenges, particularly when dealing with sensitive components like a delidded CPU. My instinct was to suggest he reapply the liquid metal, but I worried about further mishaps during the process.

He expressed an interest in prioritizing gaming performance and seemed less focused on the technical intricacies involved in maintaining a delidded CPU. This raised a flag for me, as I had cautioned him that these processors require more diligent care compared to regular factory-sealed variants.
