A website I am using for training is not working, it appears to use Java, I tried the recommended browsers by the site and none work

Troubleshooting Java-Based Training Website Compatibility Issues

In today’s digital landscape, many online training platforms rely heavily on Java to deliver interactive content. However, users often encounter compatibility challenges that hinder their learning experience. Recently, I faced such an issue while attempting to access a training website that appears to utilize Java components.

The problem: The site displayed an error message, preventing me from proceeding. I confirmed that the website claimed to support the latest versions of Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome; nonetheless, neither browser functioned correctly. I also tested alternative browsers, including Opera and Mozilla Firefox, but encountered the same error.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I experimented with Chrome using the CheerpJ Applet Runner. This tool converts Java applets to JavaScript, facilitating execution within browsers that do not support Java applets directly. Despite enabling CheerpJ during my visit, the error persisted.

Unfortunately, technical support from the website was unavailable at the moment, leaving me without immediate assistance. My goal is to complete a training module tonight, so I am seeking guidance from the community:
