Troubleshooting Black Lines at the Top of Your Screen: A Guide

I hope this message finds you well! I’m reaching out for some assistance with an issue I’ve encountered on my screen. Recently, I’ve noticed some black lines appearing at the top of my display, and I’m unsure of their origin or how to effectively resolve the problem.

Interestingly, I should mention that when I take a screenshot, these lines do not show up in the image, which adds a layer of mystery to the situation.

If anyone has experienced something similar or has insights into what might be causing this and how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate your help!
