Unlock Your Future in Cybersecurity with Google’s New Certification
If you’re aspiring to dive into the world of cybersecurity, you may find Google’s Cybersecurity Certification on Coursera particularly appealing. This relatively new program not only provides an in-depth understanding of essential cybersecurity concepts, but it also offers a fantastic incentive: a 30% discount on the CompTIA Security+ exam upon completion of the certification.
I learned about this opportunity while I was engrossed in my CCNA studies, and I couldn’t resist the chance to pursue this additional course. With the certification under my belt, you’ll essentially receive a voucher or similar that can be applied to reduce the hefty fees associated with taking the Security+ exam.
Living in a developing country in Southeast Asia, I’ve frequently encountered significant financial barriers to obtaining certifications. Consequently, I have been relying on auditing courses, applying for financial aid, and eagerly awaiting discounts to help ease the burden.
I thought this update could be beneficial for those in similar circumstances who are eager to transition into the field of cybersecurity without breaking the bank.

Important Note
Further clarification regarding The American Dream Academy has come to my attention. I have confirmed that they offer the IBM Cybersecurity Certification along with other free certification programs from various well-known institutions. While the Google course isn’t included, I wanted to share this resource for U.S. residents, hoping it may still provide value: The American Dream Academy.
Feel free to explore these opportunities and take the next step towards your cybersecurity career!
