Troubleshooting: My Computer Won’t Boot After Running CCleaner and Updating NVIDIA Drivers

The Setup

I had just upgraded my rig with a new NVME SSD and decided to reorganize my game library. To avoid encountering broken registry entries down the line, I opted to run CCleaner for a thorough clean-up of the registry. After this, I attempted to install the latest NVIDIA drivers.
