Unfortunately, the reaction that followed was quite surprising; BeyondTrust took it upon themselves to contact my supervisor to discuss our conversation.

As a professional in the tech sector, I believe it is vital for sales teams to focus on understanding their client’s needs rather than resorting to pressure tactics or involving higher-ups unnecessarily.
