Troubleshooting GPU Issues in a Used Laptop: A Frustrated IT Professional’s Dilemma
As someone with a background in Information Technology, I found myself in a perplexing situation recently that I couldn’t seem to resolve on my own. After purchasing a pre-owned laptop equipped with an Nvidia 3060 notebook GPU from my previous workplace, I enjoyed two weeks of flawless performance. However, just a few days ago, everything changed and the GPU suddenly stopped functioning.
In my quest for a solution, I have diligently attempted several troubleshooting steps, including:

Reinstalling Drivers: I first tried to reinstall the graphics drivers, hoping this would resolve any conflicts that might have arisen. Unfortunately, this approach did not yield any positive results.
