This morning, I received an unexpected call from a technician at my Internet Service Provider (ISP) who requested to come to my home to examine my network setup. Upon further investigation and with the technician’s visit, it turned out that the real issue stemmed from a minor problem with the coaxial cable. After we adjusted it a mere two inches and ensured the connector was tightly secured, the problem was resolved. Not only did it restore proper functionality, but I also experienced a noticeable increase in performance, with speed test results showing an improvement of approximately 10%.
