Optimizing Multi-Device Input Management: Seeking a Hardware Solution for Simultaneous Keyboard and Mouse Control

In the realm of managing large-scale IT assets, efficiency and operational effectiveness are paramount. Currently, I am tasked with performing checks, maintenance, and updates on numerous laptops within my organization. Due to environmental constraints, many of these tasks require manual intervention before remote deployment, underscoring the need for a streamlined input management solution.

The ideal scenario involves a hardware device that allows me to connect multiple laptops—say, four or five—via a USB hub or similar interface. With this setup, I could use a single keyboard and mouse to control all connected machines simultaneously, without the need to switch inputs or install additional software on each device. The goal is direct, real-time mirroring of input signals across all connected laptops as soon as they are plugged in, enabling efficient, synchronized management and maintenance.
