Moved my pc into a new room (25 ft away) and speed has dropped dramatically

Title: Experiencing a Drop in Internet Speed After Room Relocation? Here’s What You Need to Know

Recently, I decided to relocate my PC to a different room, approximately 25 feet away from the original setup. However, I’ve been facing a significant decrease in my internet speed after this move. Previously, I consistently enjoyed speeds around 141 Mbps, but now I’m struggling to reach even 31 Mbps at best.

Interestingly, my Xbox, which remains in the same room as the router, is maintaining a strong connection without any issues. This disparity has left me puzzled and seeking solutions to restore my connection quality.

If anyone has experienced similar challenges or has any tips for improving Wi-Fi performance in such situations, your insights would be greatly appreciated. Whether it’s adjusting settings, utilizing better equipment, or optimizing the placement of my devices, I’m open to any and all suggestions. Thank you!
