My computer has no display and turns on to “off” immediately. It makes a small whirring sound when shut off. Ive already taken it to a repair shop and they said leave it be for a day or two. Ive left it alone for 3 and i need it for work. Any ideas?

Troubleshooting a Computer with No Display: Seeking Solutions

Have you ever experienced the frustration of a computer that powers on but displays nothing? This is a common issue that can leave users puzzled and anxious, especially when it interrupts work commitments. Recently, I encountered a similar problem: my computer boots up but quickly shuts down with just a faint whirring sound after it turns off.

After taking it to a repair shop for assistance, the technician suggested that I leave it untouched for a day or two. However, I followed this advice and waited patiently for three days, only to find myself in the same predicament. With deadlines looming and work dependent on my device, I’m now in search of potential solutions or experienced advice from fellow users.

If you’ve faced a similar scenario, I would greatly appreciate any insights or troubleshooting tips you could share. Are there specific components I should inspect, or techniques that might help diagnose the issue further? Your expertise could make a significant difference as I navigate this challenge. Thank you for your assistance!
