Troubleshooting a Persistent Computer Glitch: A Personal Journey

In recent days, I encountered an incredibly frustrating issue with my computer—one that left me utterly powerless to use my device. It all began yesterday when my computer started to exhibit strange behavior, continuously copying random text and items without any input from me. Initially, I thought a simple restart would suffice, and for a fleeting moment, everything seemed back to normal—but that relief was short-lived.

Despite repeated restarts and attempts to reset the system, the problem persisted. I even went so far as to remove and replace my keyboard, ruling that out as a potential source of the issue.

After some investigation, I recalled that I had recently downloaded a program called Radiant Viewer, intended for viewing DICOM files, and proceeded to upload several files from a USB drive given to me by my professor.
