The Symptoms of Overwhelming RAM Usage

Recently, I noticed that my computer was consistently using 79% of its RAM, even when I had all applications closed. As I dug deeper into the Task Manager, the situation became more alarming—opening just a handful of tabs in Google Chrome pushed my RAM usage between 97% and 99%. The result? Many applications, including games like Overwatch, began to lag and stutter, making multitasking a frustrating experience.
