    Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and possibly resolve the issue:

    • Attempt to Boot into Safe Mode: Turn off your laptop completely. Then, turn it on and repeatedly press the F8 or Shift + F8 key (depending on your model) as it starts up to try entering Safe Mode. If successful, you can perform system repairs or restore points.
    • Use Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE): If Safe Mode isn’t accessible, try interrupting the normal boot process 3 times: Power on the laptop, and when Windows attempts to load, hold down the power button to force shutdown. Repeat this 3 times, and your laptop should enter WinRE. From there, you can access options like ‘Troubleshoot’ > ‘Advanced options’ > ‘Startup Repair’ or ‘System Restore’.
