Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues After Laptop Repairs

I recently encountered a frustrating situation after taking my Asus laptop in for a keyboard repair. I had purchased a brand-new keyboard online and handed it over to a repair shop for installation. However, upon receiving my laptop back, I noticed that the CD tray was unintentionally protruding from the device, and even more concerning, I lost the ability to connect to my Wi-Fi network. Interestingly, all other laptops in my home connect without any issues.
In an effort to resolve the problem, I turned to online resources and followed various troubleshooting videos, attempting all suggested fixes, but unfortunately, none were effective.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Is there a possibility that this problem is fixable? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!
