Urgent: One-Year-Old SSD Exhibiting Error Messages – Seeking Advice

Recently, I encountered concerning error messages on my HP Victus laptop, which I purchased approximately one year ago. The device is equipped with a 512GB Western Digital NVMe SSD.

Starting yesterday, each time I boot up the laptop, a SMART Hard Disk Error (301) appears, prompting me to run diagnostics. I conducted a hard disk test, and the results are available here: https://imgur.com/a/IdA2lij.

In addition, I utilized CrystalDiskInfo for a detailed health assessment. The software indicates that the NVMe subsystem has degraded, despite the drive’s relatively recent usage period. You can view the results here: https://imgur.com/a/OBzuwAb.

I am reaching out for guidance because I am concerned that modifying my laptop—specifically by adding additional RAM—may have affected my warranty status. Currently, I am in a tight financial situation, making urgent assistance crucial.

Any insights into the potential causes of these errors, recommended troubleshooting steps, or advice on warranty considerations would be greatly appreciated.
