Reboot loop, no post

Troubleshooting a PC Reboot Loop: Seeking Insights and Solutions

Hello, fellow tech enthusiasts! I find myself in a bit of a predicament and could use your collective wisdom. Recently, I upgraded my wife’s computer with a new Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC Intel B560 LGA 1200 ATX motherboard to accommodate a CPU she received from a friend. However, since the upgrade, the system has fallen into a frustrating reboot loop, and it fails to initiate the POST process.

Here are some details about her setup:
RAM: She has four sticks of Crucial Ballistix DDR4-3200 (16GB each).
Graphics Card: Currently, I’m not using the GTX 3060 as it hasn’t been plugged in yet.

To troubleshoot, I’ve taken a few steps, including:
– Testing each RAM module individually by removing all but one.
– Reseating the CMOS battery to reset the motherboard settings.

Despite my efforts, there’s been no improvement, and the reboot loop persists. I’m reluctant to revert to her previous configuration, so I’m reaching out for any insights or suggestions you might have. Your assistance would be immensely appreciated as I navigate this technical challenge. Thank you!
