Recently, I upgraded my wife’s computer with a new Gigabyte B560 DS3H AC Intel B560 LGA 1200 ATX motherboard to accommodate a CPU she received from a friend. However, since the upgrade, the system has fallen into a frustrating reboot loop, and it fails to initiate the POST process.

Here are some details about her setup:
– RAM: She has four sticks of Crucial Ballistix DDR4-3200 (16GB each).
– Graphics Card: Currently, I’m not using the GTX 3060 as it hasn’t been plugged in yet.
