Seeking Recovery Tool Recommendations for RAW Files on External Hard Drives

I hope this post finds you well. I recently faced a frustrating situation when my SD card became inaccessible overnight. In an attempt to retrieve my precious files, I experimented with several recovery applications including Recuva, Disk Drill, TestDisk, and EaseUS. Unfortunately, I encountered limitations with each—either they failed to recover my files or the free versions didn’t meet my storage needs.

I found that EaseUS had potential in recovering my files, but the price tag of $100 for the premium version feels steep.

Now, I’m dealing with the loss of approximately 233GB worth of RAW (.dat) photos and videos, and I’m using Windows 11. While I’m primarily looking for free recovery tools, I’m open to spending around $20 if necessary.
