In recent conversations surrounding the job market, particularly in the realm of cybersecurity, a recurring theme has emerged: the persistent narrative of a significant skills shortage. Many reports suggest that there are millions of open cybersecurity positions waiting to be filled by qualified professionals. However, the reality on the ground tells a different story.

Upon exploring the current job landscape, it becomes evident that while there may be many job listings, the market itself feels rather stagnant.
