Title: Battling Unauthorized Access: A Frustrating Experience with Amazon Account Security

In recent weeks, I have been grappling with a distressing issue: unauthorized access to my Amazon account that has persisted for over three weeks. Despite my best efforts to resolve the situation, I find myself in a frustrating cycle that seems to have no end in sight.

For more than 21 days, an unknown individual has been placing orders using my account. While I suspect this may be related to a brushing scam, I cannot be certain. Alarmingly, I have noticed unfamiliar debit and credit cards being linked to my account, along with shipping addresses that are not mine. To top it off, many items ordered with these unidentified cards are being sent directly to my home.

The situation has escalated to a point where I feel increasingly anxious. I have made over five calls to Amazon’s customer service and have had my account locked on two separate occasions. I’ve taken the necessary precautions, including changing my password more than ten times, activating two-factor authentication (2FA) for both my Amazon account and the linked email address, and deauthorizing all devices that were previously connected.

Despite these efforts, my situation remains unchanged. Amazon claims they have “sanitized” my account, yet the unauthorized activity continues unabated. I’m hesitant to close my account, as I have years of order history and considerable rewards accumulated, particularly from setting up baby registries for my children.

As I navigate this perplexing situation, I am at a loss for any further steps to take. If anyone has encountered a similar predicament or has insights on how to effectively address unwanted account access, your advice would be greatly appreciated. I hope to resolve this issue soon and reclaim the security of my personal information.
