Fast forward to December 2019, I decided to upload the video back to Dropbox as a backup while also taking the time to watch it on my old laptop. Feeling pretty accomplished, I thought I had done everything right.

The Trouble Begins: An Obstinate Video

However, things quickly spiraled out of control. My family had been eager to see this video, so I returned to Dropbox to share it only to find that the video buffered after a mere four minutes.
