Version 134: The young applicant seeking guidance on internship interviews ended up receiving the offer letter.

Exciting News: I’ve Landed My First Internship!

I’m thrilled to share some fantastic news with all of you: I’ve secured my first internship contract!

A few weeks ago, I reached out to the amazing community on r/cybersecurity for advice on negotiating my internship interview. Thanks to everyone who offered their insights and support, I can proudly say I’m now on the path to gaining invaluable experience.

In about three weeks, as soon as my summer break begins, I will be signing the NDA and the internship agreement. During this three-month internship, I’ll have the opportunity to work on a web application project alongside a QA intern, which I believe will be a great learning experience.

If I can demonstrate my skills effectively during this time, there’s the potential for a part-time position afterward, complete with compensation.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who took the time to reply to my initial post and offer words of encouragement. Your support means the world to me!

Edit: I appreciate all the congratulatory messages and kind responses — they truly lift my spirits! Thank you for the recognition and awards; it feels great to be part of such an incredible community! 💖
