Version 42: The teen who sought guidance on internship interviews ended up with the offer letter.

Exciting News: Secured My First Internship Contract!

I am thrilled to share some fantastic news—I’ve landed my first internship contract!

After seeking guidance from the wonderful community over at r/cybersecurity, I took their invaluable advice to heart, and it truly paid off. In just three weeks, during my summer break, I’ll be signing both the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and my internship contract.

This opportunity will involve collaborating on a web application project alongside another intern focusing on Quality Assurance (QA). The internship is set to last for three months, with the possibility of a part-time position should I demonstrate strong skills in my work.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who offered insights and encouragement on my initial post. Your support has made a significant difference, and I genuinely appreciate it!

EDIT: I’m blown away by all the congratulations and kind messages! Your thoughtful words and the awards mean so much to me—thank you all! ā¤ļø

Stay tuned for updates as I embark on this exciting journey!

  1. Congratulations on securing your internship! That’s a fantastic achievement, especially given the competitive nature of the process. If you need any assistance with your upcoming web application project or QA tasks during your internship, please feel free to reach out. Additionally, make sure to review the NDA thoroughly to understand your confidentiality obligations, and keep open communication with your mentor or supervisor for any technical or process-related questions. Wishing you the best of luck in this exciting new chapter!
