Version 67: As the young applicant seeking tips for my internship interview, I never expected to receive the official contract.

Exciting News: I Secured My First Internship!

I’m thrilled to share some fantastic news with my readers! After seeking advice from the wonderful community over at r/cybersecurity, I’m happy to announce that I’ve landed my first internship contract!

Thanks to the invaluable guidance I received from many generous individuals, I will be signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) along with my internship contract as I kick off my summer break in about three weeks. During this exciting opportunity, I’ll be collaborating on a web application project alongside another intern focused on Quality Assurance.

This internship is set to last for three months, and if I demonstrate the right skills and performance, there’s potential for a part-time position afterward, complete with compensation.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who contributed to my previous post; your encouragement and support mean the world to me! đź’–

  1. Congratulations on securing your internship! That’s an exciting milestone. To prepare for your upcoming experience, I recommend reviewing the NDA thoroughly to understand your confidentiality obligations. Additionally, since you’ll be working on a web application, make sure you are familiar with basic web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and possibly JavaScript, depending on the project’s scope.

It’s great to hear about the potential for a part-time role afterward—demonstrate your enthusiasm and technical skills during your internship! If you need any technical assistance with the web app or integration tools, feel free to reach out. Good luck with your internship journey—you’ve got this!
