  1. Congratulations on progressing to the next round!

That’s a fantastic achievement, and it’s completely understandable to feel a mix of excitement and nerves. To help manage pre-interview jitters, consider practicing some relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or visualization to reduce anxiety. Make sure your environment is quiet and free of distractions on the day of your interview, and prepare some thoughtful questions for your interviewers to demonstrate your enthusiasm and insight.

If you’re concerned about last-minute technical issues—especially if it’s a virtual interview—test your internet connection, camera, and microphone beforehand to ensure everything runs smoothly. Keep a copy of your resume, notes, and any required documents nearby in case you need quick access.

Remember, confidence stems from thorough preparation, and you’ve already put in the effort. Focus on showcasing your strengths, stay positive, and good luck—you’ve got this!
