Seamless Windows OS Migration: How to Retain Your Data

I’m reaching out for some expert guidance on the best way to migrate my Windows operating system while ensuring my data remains intact.
The Challenge
Currently, I’m facing a space crunch with my Windows OS installed on a 120GB SSD (C Drive). This limited capacity has become a bottleneck, hindering my ability to receive updates and install new applications.
Fortunately, I have a 1TB NVMe m.2 drive (F Drive) available, which I would like to use to house my Windows installation. However, this drive is already populated with over 500GB of games. I would prefer not to relocate all that data to my 4TB HDD (G Drive) temporarily, as that sounds tedious and time-consuming.
My Dilemma
My primary question is: What is the most effective way to install Windows onto the F Drive while maintaining access to my existing files? Is it feasible for Windows to allow installation on the F Drive without erasing the data currently stored there?
Moreover, I plan to upgrade my storage by replacing the 120GB drive with a 2TB SSD in the next few months. In the meantime, I’m hoping to resolve my storage issues so I can continue updating Windows and downloading new programs without restrictions.
An additional complication is my inability to create a USB OS installer due to the lack of space on my current C Drive, which is preventing me from taking that route for now.
