Troubleshooting Account Access Issues After PC Formatting

Today, I encountered a frustrating situation after formatting my PC. I attempted to log in to my Microsoft account but quickly discovered that none of my passwords were functional. In an effort to regain access, I opted to reset my password using my mobile number; however, I did not receive the verification code necessary to proceed.

Now, I find myself facing an additional challenge: my account has been temporarily blocked for security reasons, leaving me unable to access it through any method.
