Seeking Help: My WD Elements External Hard Drive Dilemma

I find myself in a bit of a conundrum and am hoping to tap into the collective knowledge of this community. I own a WD Elements (10TB, helium drive) external hard drive that has suddenly ceased functioning. After seeking assistance from two local data recovery firms in Orange County, California, I unfortunately left without any success.

Additionally, I reached out to well-known recovery services, including DriveSavers and PITS, but they were unable to retrieve my data either. To clarify, the hard drive does not appear to have any physical damage and hasn’t been exposed to moisture; it seems the issue stems from the read/write heads.

I’m reaching out to see if anyone in this community has access to specialized tools or expertise beyond what I’ve already encountered. If you have any recommendations or know of someone who could assist with this tech challenge, I would be immensely grateful for your guidance.
