Troubleshooting Laptop Boot Issues: Seeking Community Help

I find myself facing a frustrating situation with my laptop, and I’m reaching out to tap into the collective knowledge of this community. Unfortunately, my device refuses to boot up properly—it tends to stall during the startup sequence, leaving me in a bit of a bind.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I’ve created a Windows bootable USB drive to guide the system through restarting, but, regrettably, this method hasn’t yielded any results. I also experimented with running Ubuntu from a USB stick, which did successfully boot up. However, this led to another hurdle: I can’t access the hard drive.

I’ve documented the boot menu and the error messages from Ubuntu with some screenshots, which might provide further insight into the problem.

As my next course of action, I’m considering disassembling the laptop to remove the hard drive, allowing me to recover crucial files that I don’t want to lose. While my primary focus is rescuing those files, I would also be thrilled if I could restore the laptop to working condition entirely.
