Being a concerned parent myself, I felt an urgent need to address the situation and ensure the webcam owner was made aware of this unsettling exposure.

With hopes that Rogers would take immediate action, I contacted their customer support team. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After a lengthy discussion with a first-level support representative, I was transferred to a supervisor. Despite my clearly outlined concerns, the outcome was disappointing. Instead of taking action, I was advised to contact the authorities in Canada or back in my home country, Austria. This response felt inadequate, especially given the serious nature of the issue.
